■本サービスについて

「お話ししながら本をさがす」は、 横浜市が横浜市中央図書館に試行導入しているサービスです。

SHANRI 株式会社が開発・提供しており、来館がむずかしい方やデジタルツールが苦手な方でも、AI との会話を通して気軽に本と出会える新しい図書館体験を提供します。

この実証では、市民の皆さまの会話内容（対話データ）をもとに、図書館サービスの利便性や満足度の向上効果について分析・検証を行います。

■使い方（6ステップ）

① スタートする

「スタート」ボタンを押してサービスを開始します。

※音声ナレーションで案内を聞くか、「はい」「いいえ」で選択してください。

② AIと会話する

「今日はこんな本が読みたいな」と思ったことを、マイクボタンを軽く押して話してください。

話し終わったら送信（紙飛行機）ボタンを押すと、AIがあなたに寄り添いながら会話を続けます。

③ キーワードを選ぶ

会話の中で、あなたに合いそうな本のキーワードが表示されます。

気になるキーワードを選び、「選択したキーワードで図書を検索」ボタンを押します。

④ 検索結果から本を探す

検索結果が表示されたら、興味のある本を見つけてください。

会話を続けながら別のキーワードで再検索も可能です。

気になる本があれば「読みたい」ボタンを押すと、横浜市立図書館の詳細ページに移動し、予約もできます。

⑤ 「あなたの好きな本」でまとめを見る

ピンク色の「あなたの好きな本」ボタンを押すと、これまでの会話のまとめが表示されます。

新しい発見や、あなたにぴったりの本との出会い、前向きなヒントを得ることができます。

⑥ その他の便利な機能

多言語に対応しています。
終了する際は、ページ下部の「終了」または「最初に戻る」ボタンを押してください。
トップ画面のトレンドワードをクリックしても、会話を始められます。

■ About This Service

“Finding Books While We Chat” is a pilot service introduced by the City of Yokohama at the Yokohama City Central Library.

Developed and provided by SHANRI Inc., this service offers a new library experience that allows users — including those who may find digital tools challenging or have difficulty visiting the library — to easily discover books through simple conversations with AI.

This demonstration project analyzes users’ conversation data to explore how AI chat can improve library accessibility and user satisfaction.

■ How to Use (6 Easy Steps)

① Start the Service

Press the “Start” button to begin.

※You can also choose to hear voice guidance or select “Yes” / “No” to continue.

② Chat with AI

Lightly press the microphone button and talk about what kind of book you’d like to read today.

When you finish speaking, press the send (paper airplane) button.

The AI will listen and continue the conversation with you naturally.

③ Select Keywords

During the conversation, book-related keywords that may suit your interests will appear.

Tap any keyword that catches your attention and press the “Search Books with Selected Keywords” button.

④ Browse the Search Results

Search results will be displayed for you to explore.

You can continue chatting or choose new keywords to search again.

If you find a book you’re interested in, press the “Want to Read” button to open the Yokohama City Library details page, where you can also make a reservation.

⑤ View Your Summary in “Your Favorite Books”

Press the pink “Your Favorite Books” button to see a summary of your conversation.

You may discover new interests, meet books that match your personality, or find inspiring hints for your next read.

⑥ Other Useful Features

Supports multiple languages.
To exit, press “Exit” or “Back to Start” at the bottom of the page.
You can also start chatting by clicking on the trend keywords shown on the main page.
